If you are paying by Direct Credit or Internet Banking, payment instructions will be outlined to you over the phone and your goods will be dispatched once we have received payment.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Internet Banking and Direct Credit.  Our secure payment systems are one of the best in the industry and provides security and fraud protection. 

Visa / MasterCard

You will be asked to enter your Visa or MasterCard number at the final stage of our secure checkout process.   Please click here to view the DPS privacy policy.

Direct Credit & Internet Banking

Direct Credit and internet banking is available as a payment option when ordering over the phone.  We will advise you of these instructions and details when taking this option.  You will be required to make payment of the total cost of your order, including postage directly to our nominated bank account. 

Please use your Order Number, which you will be advised of over the phone for phone orders and your full name as a reference against your deposit. If you don't we may not be able to identify your payment. Feel free to contact us to confirm the details of your payment.

Your order will be dispatched promptly when we receive your payment, usually the next working day.

If you have changed your mind about the product you have purchased please call us at 07 575 5612 within 10 days, during business hours or email us and we will find out the reason for return and if appropriate process the return.

We will only accept a return if the product is still in the original condition and packaging (including any accessories, manuals and documentation) and you meet the return delivery costs. Once we have received the returned product it will be checked and only if it is in a condition for us to resell it in new condition will a refund be issued. We will not accept a returned product where an item has been specially ordered or modified to meet your specifications.

Shipping & Delivery

FREE DELIVERY within New Zealand (North & South Islands) on all orders over $199. 

For orders under this amount, the cost of delivery is just $12.00 per order.

Take advantage of our simple delivery charges.  We offer a flat rate of $12.00 for both our North and South Island customers.  However, if your order exceeds $199.00 then delivery is FREE.  If you are outside of the North and South Island (e.g Stewart Island, Waiheke Island etc) please contact us for a quote.  Please note: Orders can only be sent within New Zealand.

If you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time, please call us so that we can follow up on your behalf.

Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched. This is usually done the same day however it may be the next day depending on the individual requirements.  The anticipated delivery time will be within 1-4 working days unless an item ordered is out of stock or back ordered, which in this case you will be notified as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: Rural, long haul and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.

Feel free to collect your order at our store, 101 Hewlett’s Road, Mount Maunganui, during business hours.

Please take the time to inspect your NEW product for damage prior to accepting receipt of it from the delivery company/driver.  As we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, however in this event and a claim for loss or damage is required, please let us know immediately and we will work on your behalf with the delivery company to ensure you get the best service and results!

All products come with a full manufacturers/distributor warranty (unless otherwise stated). Please Note:  You must have the original invoice/receipt as proof of your purchase.

In the result of a claim, under warranty, we will do our best to use a local service agent.  However, you may be required to ship the product back to us or the service agent.  Shipping costs are not covered under the warranty. If the product is found to be faulty due to inappropriate installation or misuse, the warranty coverage will not be accepted. Should we establish that the product is faulty; it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.  Should a replacement product be unavailable, we will credit you the original purchase price of the product.
