Returns Policy

If a product is faulty, we will happily replace or provide a store credit with proof of purchase.

If a product is returned because it’s broken or faulty and it is under Manufacturer’s Warranty, the product is returned to the Manufacturer. The manufacturer has the choice to repair or replace faulty products. If the item is not covered under warranty, the courier cost is to be paid by the customer.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer a store credit or refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 14 days of purchase
  • You provide a receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item is in re-saleable condition - its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
  • It is unused, unassembled and in its original condition.
  • In the case of electronic items, the original wrapping or seal sticker securing the products is closed / intact
  • You meet the return delivery cost.

Change of mind returns are not available on:

  • Toilet products - for hygiene reasons
  • Gas appliances
  • Awnings & vehicle covers that have been removed from their original packaging
  • When an item has been specially ordered or modified to meet your specifications
  • Electronic Items including circuit boards. (These are items that can be damaged if installed incorrectly and require testing to ensure they are still saleable. RV Mega does not have the facilities to test these products).
